fun game

but i do have a few complaints/improvements..

first, i think that a 'piercing' upgrade should be possible, (i.e 10% chance to pierce on first upgrade, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%).. this would reduce the slightly frustrating effect of some monsters always jumping in front of another by being faster, and constantly kiting groups of monsters in circles

second, you were actually able to upgrade past 5 dots, but you only showed 5 dots.. this was misleading, i was a little confused about this

third, what's the difference between, say, the ice arrow and fire? from reading the description, i'm assuming there is no difference.. if this is true, why make one double the price of the other? this seems really silly to me.. it would've been cool if you actually incorporated elemental damage into the game, like ice arrows slowing enemies for a few seconds, fire causing splash damage, and electric arrows either jumping to multiple targets or imbuing the enemy u hit with electric charge, causing some kind of effect.. if you were to do this, maybe you could also create arrow upgrades so one could specialize in an element

while this game is a fairly simple upgrading game, it's still entertaining and has potential to be amazing

Fire arrows actually are stronger, I forgot to add that in the description. I'll add effects for the arrows in the sequel, suggestions are greatly appreciated.

this game was awesome.. tactical upgrades and fast-paced aiming is definitely an interesting concept, and you did a nice job of combining them

while the gameplay itself (other than weaponry) doesn't change much, it is completely compensated by complexity of weapon upgrades and smooth graphics

very well done, 5/5 10/10

an incredibly made game.. this is the kind of quality game that makes me love this site :)

the only thing id like to point out was that u can actually jump on the corner of spikes without dying, but if u walk near spikes they can be a little too sensitive to your appearance.. wasn't really too much of a big deal and definitely didn't take away from the sheer awesomeness that is this game.. props to you guys for such a well done job

racist?

how is this game racist at all? maybe racist to pigs... it's just a little sour humor based on a real situation.. loosen up guys

given that the game was created in a short period of time, it's not bad at all.. it's obviously not meant to be epic, but a cheap source of limited entertainment

the only part i found confusing was the fact that when u shot the pig it seemed to fly out into the background then come back extremely fast.. i didn't really understand that

...what the hell just happened? there was no ending and i "beat the game" when didn't even kill the scientist....

you were going to get a 10 for a well-designed and original game, but that just completely killed it.. well it killed 3 points

this was a well-rounded game with no issues whatsoever.. i liked your ideas, well done

this game is amazing

currently on level 19, i decided to take a break for a bit

i think it's hysterical how people complain about the "past robots being retarded" ... yea well your "past robot" is really just YOU 10 seconds ago... so basically you're saying that you were retarded 10 seconds ago, implying that you must still be retarded, which is exactly what you are if you're blaming your own past actions on anything other than yourself

anyway.. amazing work, this was very impressive!

this game has major problems

i don't know why you submitted this game with so many problems

1) adrenaline doesn't even deplete half the time as it should
2) what's even the point of adrenaline if u can just replenish it yourself whenever u want in 3 seconds?
3) controls are very awkward and many objects are insensitive to recognition (namely ropes/chains).. jumping off of a chain is annoying since you have to let go of the up arrow to do it
4) enemies are barely enemies
5) what's the point of these blocking machines that you put arrows in front of? they don't seem to serve any purpose whatsoever except to waste 2 seconds of your time to destroy them by a 1,2 punch and a swift kick to the crotch
6) on the second level your health gets jammed at "0" even though the game recognizes it as 1 permanently (if you get hit once, you die).. this was my breaking point and i stopped playing the game

sorry but don't submit a game with so many issues and expect to get a decent score

i gave you a 5 because the style was cool and the gameplay had potential, although was definitely lacking

major bug, minor issues... good game

all was good and dandy until i fought the black/silver mecha guy (i don't know his name since he never says anything).. i killed him and he gave no xp or tech points(?).. then the game restarted and my file is stuck in one of the "boss rush" areas (i don't even know how i got into a boss rush area as i never selected to go there)

anyway, i was just going in a loop since all the enemies were dead and when i reached the end the game would just restart again

1) space bar/backspace are lousy keys because you have to be constantly moving your hand around for them.. the cancel button and accept buttons should be next to each other
2) the game play was good, but as i said, i was trapped in an area that i didn't even select to go to originally.. i don't even know how to play the story mode cause i was never given the option
3) although i enjoy timed hits, the game was a bit fast paced considering you could choose your attack and then an enemy would attack really fast, throwing you off.. not a biggie though
4) every time you walk past a save station it adds 1 to your total saves (whether you save or not)
5) i noticed u had updates on achievement misspells.. i wasn't going to criticize, but FYI you had a typo in one of the tutorial speeches, and you spelled poison wrong ;[

i would have probably enjoyed this game if it wasn't for the fact that i got forcefully stuck in a room and trapped there.. i'm not sure if this is what you meant by "- Fixed the hole in the Boss Rush mode." ..

i gave you a 7 because obvious effort was put into this game, and it's not easy making a program this complex work together flawlessly at first.. nice work, but needs a little more

awesome game

but i agree with stickynote.. i was single clicking for a while and was confused when my guys spawned at the top of the screen doing nothing

very nice game overall, except it is lacking a bit of difficulty... a few rounds were intense in the beginning, but within 3-4 swarms it becomes very easy to create a stable defense

i played this game for quite some time, even after i beat it.. i hope you seriously consider a sequel cause this game has HUGE potential.. but i also hopy you consider increased difficulty.. keep up the good work
